What is your cost?

Feel free to contact us for an estimate for our team to clean your home. The price includes all cleaning supplies and equipment. Most homes can be cleaned within 2-3 hours. Smaller homes and apartments usually take less time. If you have a coupon or discount, please let the office staff know at the time of booking. Contact us for details.


Do you charge more for my first visit I noticed that some of your competitors do?

We want you as a regular customer from the first cleaning. Our pricing is the same per hour for all services. Vacant homes do cost a bit more as the cleaning is a different type of cleaning. You will only be charged for the actual time that the crew is at your home.


Are you insured?

Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We carry both liability and workman’s compensation insurance. We know that accidents do happen from time to time and we work with our customers to make sure that we repair or replace anything that might be affected.


Do your employees speak English as well as Spanish?

At least one member of our cleaning crews speaks English. Some of our staff is fluent in Spanish, but most are bilingual. We feel it’s a virtue to speak both languages here in Southern California.


How do I know if you serve in my area?

Contact us and tell us your address. Chances are good that we can assist you.


How many people will clean my home?

Our cleaning crews work in teams of two and three. We offer a personalize service and do our best to send the same team to your home for continuity.


How do you protect my keys?

If you choose for us to hold your key, it is secured in a locked key storage device to which only Tri Maids managers have access. The key is issued to the cleaning crew on the day of your cleaning. All keys are organized in a code system and have no connection to your information or address.


How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept cash and checks, but do require a card to be on file. All payments are due at the time of service.


What are our rates?

We offer hourly services. Our rates are based on several factors. Call our office for a no-obligation quote over the phone.


Do I have to sign a contract?

No contracts.


What does insured mean?

Insured means that our employees carry liability coverage for personal injuries and property damage, as well as workers’ compensation insurance. Basically, this means that if anything is stolen, broken or an employee is injured in your home or office we will cover the costs.


Do you offer same day service?

Based on availability. Contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.


What is the time frame of my appointment?

Tri Maids books appointment by AM or PM. You will receive a call for our office staff the day prior to your appointment to confirm your appointment. At that time, you will get a 1-hour arrival time. If the team is running behind schedule the office staff will contact, you to let you know. Appointment times may be adjusted the day of service due to cancelations or additional time being added on to other customer.


Do you bring your own cleaning supplies & equipment?

Yes. We provide effective & safe green cleaning products along with the necessary cleaning supplies to make your place shine. If you have specific cleaning products at your home that you would like us to use, let us know when booking your appointment.


What about the cleaning team that clean my house?

All our employees are thoroughly screened, including criminal background checks, verify authorization to work in the US, and references. All new hires receive in-depth hands on training and are partnered up with one of our more seasoned cleaning crews before they can work alone.


Must I be at home when you clean my house?

No, we just need a way to enter your home. About 40% of our clients provide us with a key.


Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice, otherwise there will be a penalty fee of $35.00 per booked hour. If you are not home at the scheduled service time or you send the team away, a cancelation fee of $35.00 per booked hour will be applied to your account. If a credit card is on file, the card will be charged at the time of the cancelation.


How long have you been in business?

We have been cleaning homes and businesses since 1984. Over the years we have built a reputation for outstanding service at affordable prices, and we want you to be next!


Will all house cleaning visits cost the same amount?

The first house cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits. On this initial visit our cleaning crew take additional cleaning steps to get the home up to our high standards. Once this initial visit has occurred, your home’s cleanliness can be easily maintained with our regular visit cleanings, and these regular visits are charged at the same rate for an agreed upon amount of time. You will receive an estimate for both for the initial cleaning and the regular house cleanings up front.


What type of services do you offer?

We offer multiple cleaning options each include a detailed checklist; however, all our services are customizable to meet your individual needs.


What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning, just contact us within 12 hours of your cleaning and we will return to your home or office to re-clean whatever area is in question at no additional cost. All work is non-refundable.
